This Penthouse suite renovation involved maximizing the views, expanding the small galley kitchen, providing a small desk/office space, and re-configuring the bathroom to be more functional and more spacious. Design through completion in association with Novell Design Build.

BROWN RESIDENCE - ENSUITE

Reseda, CA

Master ensuite renovation and expansion to create a spa oasis for the clients. This was achieved by combining the existing small bathroom with the vestibule and redesigning the layout for a more optimal flow.
